Position Summary
We are seeking a Grants & Development Coordinator to lead grant writing and support communications efforts for Along Side Ministries. This role is primarily responsible for the full grant lifecycle—research, writing, submission, and reporting—while also supporting donor relationship building and marketing and communications across social media, email, and direct mail. Both donor relationship building and marketing are support functions in this role rather than areas the candidate will lead. That said, there is a long-term desire for this person to grow into greater ownership of marketing and communications, so a high interest in or existing skills in this area are a strong plus. The ideal candidate is organized and detail-oriented, with strong writing skills and a passion for ministry.
