Gifting Through a Donor-Advised Fund

A donor-advised fund is like a charitable savings account. You contribute assets managed to potential growth, and you can then recommend grants to qualified charities.

How it works

  • You establish a DAF account with a sponsoring organization like the National Christian Foundation **

  • You contribute cash, appreciated securities, or other assets to the DAF.

  • The National Christian Foundation invests those funds, potentially allowing for tax-free growth.

  • YOU can then make grant recommendations to charities of your choice.

The National Christian Foundation provides various services to assist Christians in giving and managing their charitable donations. These include donor-advised funds (Giving Funds), expert strategies for non-cash giving, and community-building opportunities. NCF also provides personalized services and support for charities and churches.
