Ken Sheets

Director Women's Prison Ministry

Brenda Gentry retired from Blue Cross of Arizona where she worked for 36 years. She has mentored many men and women in their careers and personal life. Brenda enjoyed that aspect of her job, but says that serving God with Along Side Ministries has been the most rewarding and inspiring thing she has ever done.

Brenda started out as a volunteer with Along Side Ministries in 2014. She enjoys the fellowship with all the people who serve in the ministry. Each week she looks forward to going into Perryville and seeing what God is doing with not only the women in prison, but the people who are bringing hope through Jesus Christ to them.

She has a heart and a hope for the women in Perryville and wants to do her very best to help them in any way she can. “I thank God that He has placed me with Along Side Ministries to allow me to do that.”
