Breaking News | Announcing The Opening of Smartcent Thrift Store
Along Side Ministries (ASM) has had the vision for a thrift store for more than 3 years. God began to open doors early this year and we could see the timing was right.
A thrift store would provide employment opportunities for the men and women in our Discipleship Training Programs and would be a source of financial support for God’s work at ASM.
Through a series of many miracles, Smartcents Thrift Store had a soft opening on April 25th, with a grand opening on May 2nd. Nine of our original eleven employees are graduates of the Discipleship Training Programs.
Almost immediately we began to receive more and more clothes, furniture, appliances, housewares, knick-knacks, and many other items. God was providing what we needed to supply the thrift store with a wide variety of inventory.
We are always in need of every kind of item. What you might have given to Goodwill or Salvation Army can now be given to Smartcents. We appreciate your support!
